On-Site shredding

Our latest On-Site shredding vehicle, which was the first of its kind in operation in the UK, enables the confidential data to be collected and disposed of from ground level. The containers are lifted into a tunnel, which is built in the vehicle, where the containers are weighed and discharged at a high level into the shredding unit.

The whole emptying process is closely monitored by CCTV, and is shown on a screen mounted in front of the operator control panel.

The use of this vehicle enables the maximum security to be maintained during the process.

Off-Site shredding & Recycling

Another new Off-site collection vehicle has been ordered for delivery September 2006.

The vehicle will have a capacity of 9 tonnes, and will be fitted with a tail lift in order to provide ease of loading and emptying.

Recycling rates of up to 70% are being achieved by companies using the Confi-Shred Data Destruction and Recycling Management services.

Help and guidance is always available to improve these levels.
